國立新竹教育大學基礎生活華語班招生簡章

 

一、目的：本校為推展終生學習教育，加強社區的服務與互動，以本校教學資源、師資及設備，提供多元化符合潮流與社區需求的優質推廣教育課程，以落實服務社會功能。

三、報名資格：對華語文有興趣之外籍人士及新住民。

 

 

四、報名日期及方式：

 

(一)報名時間：即日起至額滿為止。

 

(二)報名表件：

 

1.報名表。
2.護照影本、職業證明或在學學生證明影本（如學生證）（請自行黏貼於報名表）

 

(三)報名方式：一律採通訊報名

 

通訊報名：備妥報名表及相關文件，及郵局匯票繳交費用（匯票「受款人欄」請填寫「國立新竹教育大學」）後，於報名時間內以掛號寄至 300新竹市南大路521號國立新竹教育大學人力資源教育處收（信封請註明報名基礎生活華語課程）。

 

 

五、錄取：依報名先後順序錄取至額滿為止。

 

報名截止後，由本校寄發錄取通知，通知學員來校上課。

 

 

六、取得資格：學員修讀期滿，由本校發給結業證明書。

 

 

七、附則：

 

(一)依「大學辦理推廣教育計畫審查要點」第十一點規定，「學員完成報名教費後，因故退學者，應依下列標準退費：(1)學員自報名繳費後至實際上課日前退學者，退還已繳學分費、雜費等各項費用之七成。自實際上課之日算起未逾全期三分之一者退還已繳學分費、雜費等各項費用之半數。在班時間已逾全期三分之ㄧ者，不予退還。(2)已繳代辦費應全額退還，但已購置成品者，發給成品。各校因故未能開班上課，應全額退還已繳費用」。本校推廣班依上述標準辦理退費。

 

(二)報名人數超過招生人數，或人數未達開班標準時，由本校於報名截止日後一個月內退費至學員所提供之銀行帳號。

The Brief of Daily Chinese Class for Non-Native Speakers of Chinese, National Hsinchu University of Education

 

Ⅰ. Class Aim

 

We start to offer a Daily Chinese Class for non-native speakers of Chinese from this semester (2009. 9.14-2010, 1.11).The classes are designed for adult learners who are without Chinese language ability or with limited Chinese learning experience. The class is helpful for you to be equipped with Chinese abilities which are essential to solve the problems in your daily life in

Ⅴ. Admission notice

 

We will mail you an admission notice as soon as you are accepted to take this class.

 

Ⅵ. Certificate

 

You can get a certificate of non-credit Chinese program we issue if you success in achieving any standards in the class.

 

 

Ⅶ. Remarks

 

1. Refund

 

(1)In case you want to quit the class before the class begins but you’ve paid, we’ll refund you 70% fee.

 

(2)During the class, in case you want to quit the class before Oct. 20th, we’ll refund you 50% fee

 

(3)During the class, in case you want to quit the class after Oct. 21st , we won’t refund you any money.

 

(4)The Class is not allowed to open in case the number of applicants is under 5, or you’re not accepted but you’ve paid, we’ll refund you full fee
