The Department of Modern Languages at The University of
Mississippi seeks two full-time (12-month appointment)
instructors for its flagship program in Chinese beginning
June and August 2008, respectively. These positions are
renewable annually pending continued funding and positive
evaluations. The instructors will teach all levels of
Chinese following the program's curriculum. Candidates must
demonstrate substantial training and experience in teaching
Chinese to American university students. M.A. degree or
equivalent and native or near-native proficiency in Mandarin
