TEACHER OF CHINESE (Mandarin)

QUALIFICATIONS:
Princeton University. The Department of East Asian Studies invites
applications for Chinese language lecturer positions that may become
available beginning September 2010. We seek candidates with backgrounds
in disciplines such as Chinese linguistics, literature, history, or
foreign language teaching. Applications should include: cover letter,
curriculum vitae, and a teaching demo. A writing sample is optional
(e.g., a dissertation chapter).
Princeton University. Department of East Asian Studies invites

beginning in September 2009. Requirements include native or
near-native fluency in Chinese (M.A. in Chinese linguistics,
literature, history, or relevant discipline) and teaching experience.

Part-time Lecturer in Chinese Language
Kent Place School, an all-girls', K-12, college preparatory school in
Summit, NJ (Union County) is seeking a part-time primary and middle
school Mandarin Chinese teacher for the 2008-09 school year.
Responsibilities include teaching one sixth-grade class and teaching
in the school's primary school (grades K-5) after school program for
one half hour each afternoon, Monday through Friday.
Candidates should have experience teaching in U.S. K-12 schools and
teaching primary and middle school age students. Master's degree a
plus.
